Not the most enthusiastic cook here, but we’ve been whipping up this dish for quite some time and it’s always a fave!

Ingredients
– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 4 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix (without dressing)
– 8 oz chow mein noodles, cooked according to package instructions
– Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
