I think this is the best version of this dish I’ve ever cooked, it’s fantastic!

Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped, and/or red pepper flakes for garnish
