Cinnamon Cake – Moist and in a BLENDER!

Step 1
For this cake, I’m going to start by adding 4 small eggs to the mixer.

Then I will add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt which will give a special touch to our cake.

Next, 150 grams of heavy cream, 350 grams of white sugar, 200 milliliters of milk, which should be at room temperature.

Step 4:
One and a half tablespoons of butter, although it can also be margarine, one tablespoon of vanilla. Cover and mix all the ingredients well for 3 minutes.

After this time, I will add 500 grams of all-purpose flour, but the idea is to add it little by little so as not to force the mixer.

Also add a tablespoon of baking powder, cover. Turn the mixer back on until you get a smooth mixture.

Step 7
Next, I’m going to grease a cake pan with a little butter and flour it very well with a little flour. We do this step to make our cake easier to remove from the pan.

Step 8
Finally, I add all the mixture from the mixer and put the mold in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for forty-five minutes.

Step 9
After forty-five minutes, our super moist cake is ready. We prepare a delicious cake in the blender.
