Green Chile Corn Dip
Ingredients:
2 tbsp salted butter
2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
1 cup hot green chiles (diced)
1 medium tomato (diced)
1/2 medium onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup chives (chopped)
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 brick (about 2.5 oz) cream cheese (cut into small pieces)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Extra green chiles (for topping)
