1 tablespoon soy sauce 🌿
1 teaspoon brown sugar 🌰
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
1 cup mushrooms, sliced 🍄
1 cup baby spinach or bok choy 🥬
Juice of 1 lime 🍋
Salt and pepper, to taste ❗
For Serving:
Fresh cilantro or Thai basil, chopped 🌿
Lime wedges 🍋
