The moment I spotted this recipe, I just had to make it. My taste buds were definitely in for a tasty surprise!

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the corn on a baking sheet lined with foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear of corn, ensuring they are well coated.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the corn.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the corn is tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
Remove the corn from the oven and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
